2. Service Description

PDF Tools provides online PDF processing tools including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and sharing PDF files. Free tier users have limited daily usage and file size caps.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to upload files containing illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission. You are responsible for the content you process.

4. Data & Privacy

Files uploaded to our service are automatically deleted within 2 hours. Shared files are deleted after their set expiry date. We do not read or share your file contents.

5. Subscription & Payment

Pro and Team subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

PDF Tools is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
